Great location. Super friendly and accommodating staff who pay attention to details and try their best to meet your requests. Amenities in the room are very good. Size slightly small but comfortable. Room cleaning staff very efficient with 24hrs availability. I had a requested a small note for my mother which was sweetly handwritten by Alexis from front desk. All the staff at front desk are super amiable and helpful. Breakfast spread is really good with a variety of Indian and western options, fabulous live counter. The restaurant staff are on their toes to provide best quality and service and reach out to share any feedback for improvement. This was a mother’s day gift for my mom and she absolutely enjoyed the stay. I will love to stay again in this hotel.

We booked a room at Kenilworth only because it was the closest hotel to US Consulate. But little did we know that we'd love the hotel! We were there for 5 days. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Every little detail seems to be well managed. The food was tasty (although expensive) and the dining area is always clean. The breakfast spread was good. Rooms were cleaned on demand, fresh towels were provided as many times as needed, TV and appliances were in great condition and we were never left wanting for anything. Bathrooms were spacious but we wished there was a proper shower section instead of a bath-tub. But that's not a deal breaker at all. Thank you Kenilworth for making a stay worth remembering and spending money!

After doing some research & out of all the options available (some more economical), I chose Kenilworth Hotel as it was convenient for my US Visa Interview and very central to all the touristic attractions. It is a clean hotel with courteous staff. I did not have breakfast here as I was busy exploring the city but heard that the food is good. The Lemon Tea provided in the room was a big hit !! Even on my check-out day, the hotel was very helpful in keeping my luggage and allowing me to use the Spa for refreshing myself before heading out to the airport. Thank you Kenilworth Hotel for the hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again... This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kolkata !!

One of the best places I have ever stayed at, Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata was just perfect! Centrally located, close to the main attractions of the city and to the subway it was just the best option I could have chosen for my stay in the city. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious with comfy bed, a spotless bathroom and perfectly working air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, always available and very helpful. Dinner has many options and the food was absolutely delicious! The breakfast was very rich and one could choose between many different options including Indian and western cuisine. Simply perfect and I would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They organised an airport pick up and drop off with no issues. The neighbourhood was central and safe. My husband was sick when we arrived and spent time in the room recovering. I need to make a special mention of KANHAIYA from BIHAR who works in housekeeping who went above and beyond to help my husband be clean and comfortable during his sickness. He looked after our room and took special care. He did an amazing job and we wish him well in life and hope that he continues to prosper as a dedicated employee at the Kenilworth.
